Ok, today next bunch of reasons why you should work out.
This time, weight-related reasons WHY.


1. Helps you to lose weight and keeps you at your healthy body weight
2. Increases lean muscle tissue in your body
3. Increases your metabolic rate
4. Increases the enzymes in the body that burns fat
5. Burns up extra calories
6. Decreases appetite
